Making arrangements for yourself
Information on what you can do to choose somebody you trust to make decisions on your behalf about your finance and property or health and welfare.
I have concerns about a vulnerable person
Information on what you can do if you think someone you know is having difficulty making decisions or you suspect they are suffering abuse.
Making decisions for someone else
Information for Attorneys about Enduring or Lasting Powers of Attorney and for Deputies appointed by the Court of Protection.
