Enduring Powers of Attorney must be signed and witnessed by midnight Sunday 30 September 2007.
The new Office of the Public Guardian website has been launched early to provide information to interested people following extensive media coverage about the Mental Capacity Act.
However if you are visiting the site to download forms to make an Enduring Power of Attorney whislt you still have the time you will need to visit the existing 
Public Guardianship Office website and download the forms from there.
It is important to remember that you must have your completed Enduring Power of Attorney signed and witnessed before midnight Sunday 30 September 2007. Any Enduring Powers of Attorney made after this date will be invalid.
